Josh Alexander

Josh Alexander is the Founder and Managing Attorney of J. Alexander Law Firm. He represents injured clients across Texas and Oklahoma with a focus on serious injury cases. His work centers on strong case preparation, direct client service, and trial-ready advocacy to secure fair compensation for people harmed by negligence.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011. He earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio in 2016, where he was active in several student legal groups and external advocacy organizations.

Josh was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2017 and is licensed to practice in all courts across Texas. Before founding his firm, he gained experience in class action litigation involving Volkswagen and Fiat Chrysler emissions fraud, helping to build a practical foundation for handling complex injury claims across Texas.

Josh focuses on catastrophic and severe bodily injury cases, including 18-wheeler crashes, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, motorcycle accidents, rideshare crashes, drunk driver cases, pedestrian accidents, construction accidents, oilfield accidents, defective products, burn injuries, and amputations. He prepares each claim with meticulous attention to detail and consistent client communication.

Josh has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2022 to 2026. He is also a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
