Joseph Paul Giamanco

Joseph Paul Giamanco has built his career through broad courtroom experience across Illinois, handling jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings. He works on personal injury, wrongful death, contract disputes, and complex civil matters, guiding clients through contested issues with a steady, results-focused approach grounded in years of litigation practice.

Joseph began his academic path by earning his B.A. in 1999 from the University of Denver, where he served as President of the Student Body and completed international study and internship work. He later earned his J.D. in 2002 from DePaul University College of Law, receiving the CALI Award for Outstanding Performance in the DePaul Death Penalty Clinic.

Joseph has managed cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and dram shop actions. His work also includes prosecution and defense of contract claims, quasi-contract issues, replevin cases, conversion actions, and matters requiring declarations of contractual rights.
