Joseph P. Tunstall

Joseph P. Tunstall is a North Carolina litigator who represents injured people in personal injury, auto accident, Social Security disability, and workers’ compensation matters. His work has included many cases before juries, along with matters in state and federal courts. Joseph earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He also earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina. Joseph P. Tunstall is licensed in North Carolina and has served on the Board of Governors for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He also chaired the Auto Torts section, supporting work for people injured in automobile crashes.
