Joseph M. Schreiber is the founding partner of Schreiber | Knockaert, PLLC in Houston, Texas. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, he represents individuals and businesses in high-stakes personal injury, employment, and commercial litigation. Mr. Schreiber earned his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2002 and his B.A., cum laude, from Macalester College in 1997.

Mr. Schreiber began his career at top-tier firms, including Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Bracewell LLP, where he developed a strong foundation in mass torts, product liability, and complex commercial litigation. In 2014, he launched his own boutique firm focused on client-centered representation with the power and precision of large-firm experience.

Mr. Schreiber is licensed to practice in all Texas federal district courts and multiple U.S. bankruptcy courts.
