During law school, he served as Senior Note Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. The journal published his 2012 note comparing educational reform in Japan and the United States, reflecting his research, legal writing, and analytical skills.
After law school, Strong began his legal career with the Youth Law Center in Des Moines, where he represented minors in Child in Need of Assistance and delinquency proceedings. He joined his current firm as an associate in January 2015 and became a partner in February 2016. His experience includes preparing estate plans ranging from wills to complex trusts and representing clients in the sale of homes and businesses.
