Joseph J. Leonard is the owner and equity partner of Leonard Law Group, LLC, in Chicago, Illinois. He leads the firm with over thirty years of experience, focusing on workers’ compensation and personal injury law. Leonard earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Lake Forest College in 1986. In 1993, he completed a joint degree program, receiving a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School and an MBA from Dominican University. This educational foundation gave him a strategic edge in law and business from the onset of his career.

Leonard launched his legal career representing leading employers and insurance carriers in high‑stakes workers’ compensation cases.
