Joseph Bilotta

Joseph Bilotta, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with a legal career spanning over three decades, representing individuals and families in Florida and New York. His practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and labor and employment law. With a strong commitment to justice, he has handled complex claims involving both national corporations and local businesses, always putting his clients’ rights first.

Mr. Bilotta completed high school at Fordham Preparatory. He earned his B.A. from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY, and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY. He graduated cum laude, was on the Pace Law Review, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law.

Mr. Bilotta began his legal career in New York City in 1989, concentrating on litigation. He expanded his practice to Florida in 1991 and relocated there in 1993 to serve as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County. During his time as a prosecutor, he tried more than 100 felony cases, gaining extensive courtroom experience and sharpening the litigation skills he brings to his clients today.

After his time in public service, Mr. Bilotta returned to private practice, joining forces with Mr. Vassallo to serve clients across Palm Beach County. He has since led legal actions against large national companies as well as smaller employers in employment and injury-related matters.

Joseph Bilotta is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Boynton Beach Kiwanis Club, where he is a past president. Mr. Bilotta is recognized for his skilled legal advocacy and dedication to client-focused service across state and federal courts.
