J. Alan Jackson, II earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2011, graduating magna cum laude. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the South, earning a B.A., cum laude, in 2006.

Mr. Jackson began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter E. Johnson of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia after completing law school. This experience provided strong exposure to federal court procedures, judicial analysis, and complex legal decision-making.
