Joseph A. Gregorio

Joseph A. Gregorio is a seasoned personal injury attorney in Louisiana with more than three decades of courtroom experience. Since beginning his legal career in 1992, he has focused on litigation and injury claims. Joseph represents individuals and families seeking justice after serious accidents and wrongful death.

Joseph earned a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. He later completed his Juris Doctorate at Tulane University School of Law. His strong academic background in accounting and law gives him a practical understanding of financial damages, liability issues, and complex legal disputes involving injury claims.

Joseph began his career as a law clerk for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals for the State of Louisiana. He later served as a prosecutor for the Bossier Webster District Attorney’s office from 1994 to 2008. During that time, he handled misdemeanor and felony cases, including DWI/DUI, illegal and prescription drug crimes, white-collar crimes, internet crimes, and violent crimes.

Joseph now concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He helps victims harmed by negligence and works to hold individuals, entities, and corporations accountable. With extensive trial experience, he prepares every case with care and determination. He understands how insurance companies operate and works strategically to pursue the maximum compensation his clients are owed.

Joseph A. Gregorio is licensed in all Louisiana State Courts and City Courts, the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
