Jorden J. Piraino

Jorden J. Piraino is a principal attorney at Oregon Legal Center in West Linn, Oregon. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration for individuals and families throughout Oregon. He helps clients prepare wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and related planning documents. Mr. Piraino earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. He also graduated from Cal State University San Marcos in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies and Sociology. While working full time during law school, he donated more than 100 pro bono hours to the San Diego Family Law Facilitators Office, helping families facing divorce, child custody, and domestic violence issues.

Mr. Piraino moved to Oregon to be closer to family and passed the Oregon State Bar Exam in 2016. He opened his own estate planning practice in the Sellwood area and later merged that practice with Oregon Legal Center in 2020. His experience includes estate planning, trust updates, probate guidance, trust administration, mediation service with the National Conflict Resolution Center, and law clerk work for a small personal injury firm.

Jorden J. Piraino is active in professional and community service connected to access to legal help. He serves on the Oregon State Bar Solo Small Firm Section Executive Committee, participates in Oregon Advocates programs through Legal Aid Services of Oregon, and volunteers to provide legal advice to seniors at local community centers.
