Jordan Kingsley

Jordan Kingsley is an attorney with Benson & Bingham who represents injured clients in personal injury matters in Nevada. Before moving to plaintiff-side practice, he worked at national defense firms representing corporate clients and insurance interests in civil litigation. That background included premises liability, construction defect, bad faith, and related disputes. He now uses his understanding of defense strategy and insurance litigation to develop claims for individuals seeking compensation after accidents and other injuries.

Kingsley earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019. His economics and legal education provide a foundation for analyzing damages, insurance issues, litigation risk, and the financial effects of injury. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada.

Kingsley’s earlier defense work exposed him to the way insurers and corporate defendants evaluate liability, evidence, damages, and settlement decisions. He handled matters involving premises liability, construction defect, insurance bad faith, and other civil disputes before representing plaintiffs. In personal injury cases, that experience helps him identify issues the defense can raise, organize supporting evidence, and prepare claims with an understanding of how opposing parties assess legal and financial exposure.

Jordan Kingsley focuses his current practice on representing people injured through the conduct of others. His transition from defense work to plaintiff representation gives him perspective on insurance claims from defense and plaintiff perspectives. He helps clients develop evidence, understand the claims process, and respond to disputed liability or damages arguments. His practice combines Nevada legal training with prior insurance defense experience to pursue personal injury claims through negotiation and, when required, litigation.
