Jonathan Williams is the owner and managing partner of The Williams Firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where he focuses on personal injury litigation. He represents clients in serious matters involving truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, construction site injuries, wrongful death, brain injuries, and other accident-related claims. Williams brings more than 18 years of litigation experience to helping injured people and families pursue compensation while navigating complex insurance and legal issues.
Williams earned his J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 2007 after receiving a B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, from North Carolina State University. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk at his family’s firm, gaining practical exposure to litigation and client representation before entering practice. His academic background and early legal training provided a foundation in analysis, advocacy, and case preparation that continues to support his personal injury work.
Williams has represented clients in complex personal injury cases involving commercial trucks, motorcycles, construction accidents, wrongful death, and other serious losses.
