Jonathan L. Albright, Jr. has served Indiana clients since his admission to the Indiana bar in 2009. His practice centers on estate planning, probate, guardianships, real estate, and business law. He represents individuals and families in both state and federal courts throughout Indiana. His work is focused on clear guidance, practical solutions, and steady advocacy.
Jonathan began his academic path at Wabash College, earning an A.B. in Political Science in May 2006. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Thomas M Cooley Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in January 2009. His education built a strong foundation in legal reasoning, research, and client representation.
Jonathan has built his career through varied legal roles that strengthened his courtroom and advisory experience. From 2009 through 2011, he served as Counsel to the Chief of Public Safety Communications for the City of Indianapolis. He later practiced as a partner and owner of Albright and Albright, Attorneys at Law, assisting Indiana residents with a range of legal needs. He has also provided guidance as of-counsel for several firms over the years.
Jonathan focuses much of his work on helping families prepare for the future and manage complex legal processes. In estate planning and administration matters, he drafts documents designed to protect assets and honor client wishes. In probate and guardianship cases, he guides families through sensitive proceedings with clarity and care. His real estate and business law practice supports clients in protecting investments and managing transactions with confidence.
Jonathan L. Albright, Jr., remains active in the legal community as a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Hancock County Bar Association. He serves as Chair of the Hancock Public Defender’s Board and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court – Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Through steady counsel and dedicated service, Jonathan continues to assist clients across the state with dependable legal representation.
