John W. Narron serves as Of Counsel at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing & Myers, LLP, bringing nearly five decades of experience in civil litigation, family law, and mediation. A respected litigator and community leader, John represents individuals and businesses throughout North Carolina in matters involving equitable distribution, alimony, will caveats, employment disputes, and commercial litigation. John earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.A. from East Carolina University. Since his admission to the North Carolina Bar in 1977, he has built a distinguished career as both an advocate and mediator. He was among the first attorneys in North Carolina to earn certification as a Board Certified Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, a credential he has maintained through continuous peer review.
John has mediated more than 350 family law disputes and is widely recognized for helping clients achieve fair resolutions without prolonged litigation.
