John W. Marotta

John W. Marotta, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Sciro & Marotta, P.C., serving clients throughout Paterson and Northern New Jersey. Born in Paterson, New Jersey, he has built a long-standing legal career centered on courtroom advocacy, client service, and results-driven representation across multiple areas of litigation.

John graduated from DePaul Catholic High School in Wayne, New Jersey, before earning an athletic scholarship to play quarterback at Arizona State University. He later completed his undergraduate studies at Montclair State University and earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

John was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1981 and has since practiced extensively in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. He is a member of both the Passaic County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association and has remained active in the legal community for decades.

John is a seasoned trial attorney concentrating on personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, slip and fall injuries, work-site accidents, and medical malpractice claims.
