John S. Unell

John S. Unell concentrates his practice at the Law Office of John S. Unell exclusively on residential and commercial real estate law matters across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding communities. John earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University and his B.A. with Special Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. Before forming his own practice in 1995, he worked at Barker, Block & Muscat, where the firm also concentrated on real property law. His background supports advice on purchases, sales, leases, negotiations, disputes, and litigation involving residential and commercial properties, ownership interests, contractual obligations, and related real estate concerns.

John advises clients through real estate transactions and disputes requiring interpretation of Texas property law and contractual rights.
