John Radziewicz

John Radziewicz is the founder of Crescent City Law, L.L.C., where he has built a respected practice centered on criminal defense, DUI, and traffic ticket representation. Known for his accessibility and dedication, he helps clients in New Orleans and surrounding parishes move past legal challenges and protect their driving privileges, records, and futures.

John earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and earned a Certificate in International Law Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University, with a minor in Art History. He also completed coursework in Business Law and International Business at Valencia Community College. John was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2010 and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in 2011.

Before establishing Crescent City Law, John gained experience with the New Orleans Public Defender’s Office and worked with a range of clients in trial-heavy cases. Over time, he shifted his practice to emphasize criminal defense and traffic-related representation, recognizing the profound impact traffic convictions and DUI charges can have on everyday lives. He has become a trusted advocate for local drivers, including professional cab and rideshare drivers, by challenging tickets and defending against criminal allegations.
