John earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Madison before completing his J.D., cum laude, at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. After clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, he built a practice defined by depth and versatility in fund formation and investment structures. His educational and early career experience continues to guide his client-focused approach to high-value transactions and global fund management challenges.
