John R. Badal has dedicated his career to advocating for people harmed by negligence, concentrating on medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, auto accidents, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and product liability. Since entering the profession in 1978, he has focused exclusively on protecting wrongful injury victims and families facing devastating losses. His commitment to client advocacy has earned national recognition in leading legal organizations supporting injured individuals.
John earned his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Temple University. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His education and admissions allow him to manage complex cases involving medical evidence, liability disputes, and insurance challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
Throughout his career, John has obtained significant results for clients, earning membership in both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has served in leadership roles with the Berks County Bar Association, including chairing the Civil Litigation Section, Civil Rules Committee, and Workers’ Compensation Section. As a certified mediator and arbitrator, he brings additional insight to negotiations and dispute resolution, and he has lectured widely on medical negligence and personal injury practice.
In addition to his longstanding involvement in the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, John R.
