John Kelly

John Kelly is the founder of the Kelly Law Team in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a top personal injury lawyer with a strong record in trials and litigation. John Kelly received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He studied Business and Economics at Oxford University. He earned his J.D. from Creighton School of Law.

Starting his legal career in Nebraska, Mr. Kelly worked for the Nebraska Attorney General. There, he fought for consumers harmed by local businesses. This role sharpened his advocacy skills and deepened his understanding of the challenges faced by victims of corporate wrongdoing.

He then worked at the Douglas County Attorney’s Office in Omaha. There, he prosecuted criminal cases and helped amend laws to protect individual rights under the Nebraska Constitution.

Recruited to Arizona, Mr. Kelly quickly made his mark at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, advancing rapidly through the ranks and eventually serving in the Major Crimes Bureau. There, he prosecuted serious felons. He honed his trial skills in many jury trials, guided by some of the state’s top judges.

In 2011, Mr. Kelly moved to private practice. He now defends the rights of those injured in car accidents, medical malpractice, slips and falls, dog bites, and work-related incidents. His approach is characterized by a deep commitment to personal service. Unlike larger firms that may rush to settle, Mr. Kelly takes his time. He ensures each client’s story is heard and their needs are met. He strives for the highest compensation possible, no matter how long it takes.
