John Callahan

John Callahan is a seasoned trial attorney known for his deep understanding of No-Fault law and long-standing dedication to client service. With nearly three decades of experience, he has built a strong reputation for handling complex legal matters and delivering practical solutions for individuals facing challenging disputes.

John earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and later received his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law. His academic background provided a solid legal foundation, preparing him to approach cases with clarity, structure, and a strong understanding of both legal theory and real-world application.

John has spent much of his career focusing on No-Fault law, becoming highly respected in this area. His knowledge is reflected in his authorship of the ICLE’s original Michigan Insurance Law and Practice No-Fault section in 2002, demonstrating both expertise and a commitment to advancing legal understanding within the field.

John has also gained valuable experience in alternative dispute resolution. He previously worked as a facilitation attorney, serving as a mediator, arbitrator, and facilitator across multiple counties. This work allowed him to resolve disputes efficiently while helping clients avoid lengthy litigation whenever possible.

John’s practice extends to handling legal matters related to auto accidents, truck accidents, and motorcycle accidents. He also supports clients with corporate and municipal law concerns, including zoning issues. His broad legal exposure allows him to approach cases from multiple angles and provide well-rounded legal guidance.
