John Bozada

John Bozada is Of Counsel at George Salinas Injury Lawyers, where he focuses on litigation and appellate matters in personal injury law. With over 12 years of private practice experience, John brings in-depth legal insight and a strategic approach to complex injury cases. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and works closely with clients on cases involving car accidents, truck and motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, and wrongful death claims.

John earned his J.D. from Yale Law School. He also holds a B.A. from the Plan II Liberal Arts Honors Program and a B.B.A. in Business Honors and International Business, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

After graduating from Yale in 2003, John launched his legal career as a Federal Judicial Clerk for U.S. District Judge Janis Graham Jack in the Southern District of Texas. This hands-on experience inside the federal court system helped shape his strategic, results‑driven approach to complex litigation. From 2007 to 2015, John also served as an Adjunct Professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he taught Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), underscoring his deep expertise in commercial law and commitment to legal education.

John has been recognized for his excellence in personal injury law, including being named a Top 25 Motor Vehicle Lawyer. He is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.

Beyond the courtroom, John Bozada is dedicated to serving his community. He is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio Class 34 and has held leadership roles as President of the Board for both the San Antonio Westside YMCA and Positive Beginnings, Inc. John combines elite education, courtroom experience, and a passion for justice to deliver strong results for injury victims across Texas.
