Joey Polonsky

Joey Polonsky is a Charlotte finance attorney and a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP who represents financial institutions in sophisticated financing transactions. He advises banks, direct lenders, and other credit providers on acquisition financing, debt refinancing, shareholder distributions, and balance sheet restructurings.
