Joe Wojciechowski

Joe Wojciechowski is the managing partner of Stoltmann Law Offices in Chicago, Illinois. He represents investors in consumer, securities, and investment-fraud matters involving brokers, financial advisers, investment advisers, and financial firms. His practice focuses on FINRA arbitration, mediation, and litigation, along with selected commercial and civil disputes. Wojciechowski manages cases from initial client intake through hearings and trial while also overseeing the firm’s daily operations, docket, and case management.

Wojciechowski earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University in 2004. Before becoming an attorney, he worked as a paralegal at a Chicago securities-defense firm and joined Stoltmann Law Offices in 2005. His education and early experience provided a foundation in securities regulation, legal research, case development, and financial-dispute analysis that supports his representation of individual investors.

Wojciechowski has appeared before FINRA arbitration panels in hundreds of cases and has successfully mediated more than one hundred investor disputes. He has briefed, argued, and defeated motions to dismiss before arbitration panels and courts, and he has handled motions to vacate arbitration awards in federal court. His experience also includes proceedings in Illinois state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Joe Wojciechowski is executive vice president and president-elect of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association. His prior service includes work on the organization’s board, committees addressing federal legislation, self-regulatory organizations, discovery, and electronic discovery, and editorial leadership for the PIABA Bar Journal. He is also affiliated with the Chicago Bar Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. His practice combines extensive arbitration experience, detailed preparation, and a continuing commitment to protecting investors in financial disputes.
