Jody Donald Peterman

Jody Donald Peterman brings decades of courtroom experience to complex injury and criminal matters across Georgia. His work centers on representing people harmed by negligence and those wrongfully accused of serious crimes. Jody built his legal foundation through focused academic training in Georgia. He earned a B.S.C.J. in 1990 from Valdosta State College, developing an early interest in justice and procedure. He later completed his J.D. in 1995 at Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, refining trial advocacy skills with disciplined study.

Jody concentrates his practice on serious personal injury litigation, including catastrophic harm and wrongful death. He handles motor vehicle collisions, tractor-trailer crashes, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, and defective products.
