She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Muhlenberg College.

Ms. Aberbach began her legal career as a litigation paralegal at a New York City law firm before relocating to Florida for law school. She clerked with Kubicki Draper during law school and joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office after graduation. Her litigation practice includes the defense of automobile claims, premises liability matters, and first-party property disputes, including issues involving wind, hurricane, plumbing, mold, water mitigation, late notice, prejudice, estimates, fraud concerns, and insurance claim investigations.

Jill L. Aberbach is admitted to practice in Florida and is a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the State of Florida. She has presented on first-party property and insurance defense topics, including late-reported claims, prejudice, hurricane damage, plumbing claims, mold-related issues, fraudulent estimates, and assignment of benefits matters.
