Jessica Mishali

Jessica Mishali is a Boca Raton attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury matters. Her criminal practice includes serious felony charges such as murder, sexual battery, drug trafficking, robbery, and burglary. She also represents clients in contested divorce and custody disputes and assists injured people seeking compensation after accidents. Her work combines litigation, negotiation, and tailored case strategies based on each client’s circumstances.

Jessica earned a J.D., cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a B.A. from Florida International University. During law school, she received recognition for strong academic performance, including in Criminal Law, and served as a Research Editor for the Law Review. She also wrote a Law Review essay on the juvenile death penalty. Her legal education strengthened the research, writing, and advocacy skills that support her courtroom and negotiation work.

Jessica worked at the Immigration Law Center in North Miami Beach after law school, assisting clients with immigration and family law matters. She later became an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, where she represented indigent defendants for about nine years before entering private practice in 2016. She now represents clients throughout Boca Raton, Miami, and Broward Counties, and other parts of South Florida.
