Jesse Nason

Jesse Nason is a highly skilled family law attorney and partner at Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has focused his practice on domestic relations and family law, providing dedicated legal representation to clients facing complex legal issues. His extensive experience and commitment to justice make him a trusted advocate for individuals navigating family disputes. Before joining the firm, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Justices of the Rhode Island Superior Court, where he assisted in drafting decisions on administrative appeals, zoning matters, and procedural and discovery issues.

Mr. Nason earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2005. He served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review and was an active member of the Roger Williams University School of Law Honor Society. Before law school, he earned his B.S. from Roger Williams University in 2002, majoring in Paralegal Studies and minoring in Psychology. He was a recipient of the Roger Williams University Presidential Scholarship and graduated with the highest class rank from the School of Justice Studies.

Throughout his career, Jesse Nason has focused on family law, handling cases related to divorce, child custody, and other domestic relations matters. He also serves as a mentor through the Roger Williams University Family Law Society Mentorship Program, guiding law students and new attorneys.
