Jerilynn Brantner Adams

Jerilynn Brantner Adams is the Managing Partner of Vogel Law Firm in Fargo and focuses her practice on family law. She handles complex divorce and legal separation matters, paternity cases, post-judgment child custody and visitation disputes, child support issues, and prenuptial agreements. Adams also negotiates divorce and custody agreements, helping clients address the financial and parenting questions that arise when family relationships change and court orders or formal agreements are needed.

Adams completed her undergraduate studies at Concordia College in 1990, graduating magna cum laude. She graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1993. She joined Vogel Law Firm in 1995 and is admitted to practice in North Dakota and before the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota. Her academic training and long family law practice support careful analysis of property, support, custody, and procedural issues.

Adams’ work includes negotiated and litigated family matters, from initial divorce proceedings to later disputes over custody, visitation, or support. She also represents clients in paternity cases and prepares prenuptial agreements. Her professional involvement includes the Family Law Section of the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the American Bar Association, and she has spoken at domestic relations seminars. That combination of case experience and professional education supports a practical understanding of evolving family law issues.
