Jeremy T. Hersh

Jeremy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2019 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2022. While attending UMass Law, he interned for two years with the Law Offices of Marc D. Roberts, gaining in-depth experience in criminal defense and family law under close mentorship. He also served as a Staff Editor for the UMass Law Review and as a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program.

Jeremy began his legal career as an associate attorney in the litigation department of a Taunton law firm. His practice included real estate, business, and probate disputes, personal injury claims, and other civil litigation matters. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in litigation strategy, case development, and courtroom advocacy.

In the fall of 2023, Jeremy returned to the Law Offices of Marc D. Roberts as an associate attorney. He now represents numerous clients across criminal, civil, and family law matters. He is certified by the Committee for Public Counsel Services to represent indigent criminal defendants in Bristol County, a responsibility he approaches with professionalism and dedication.
