Jenny R. Kasen

Jenny R. Kasen is the founding attorney of Kasen Law Group, P.C., a boutique bankruptcy firm based in Wilmington. Her practice is devoted to bankruptcy and insolvency law, representing debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in federal bankruptcy courts in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She handles consumer and business bankruptcy matters and litigates contested issues arising during bankruptcy cases, reorganizations, asset sales, financing, and creditor-debtor disputes.

Jenny earned a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 2010 and a B.A. from Muhlenberg College in 2005.
