Jennifer Setters

Jennifer Setters is the Managing Attorney at Gastelum Attorneys and a dedicated advocate for individuals navigating divorce, custody, and personal injury matters. As a first-generation Mexican-American and longtime Las Vegas resident, she combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of her community’s needs.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later received her Juris Doctor from the Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Jennifer stood out for her commitment to service, earning recognition as Student of the Year in Boyd’s Community Service Program for teaching legal classes to Spanish-speaking litigants.

Jennifer has handled hundreds of family law and personal injury cases throughout her legal career. Before founding Gastelum Law, she helped build and lead family law and personal injury departments at established firms. Today, she draws on extensive courtroom and trial experience to aggressively advocate for her clients and pursue the best possible results in every case.

Jennifer’s practice areas include divorce, custody, guardianship, adoption, and a broad range of personal injury cases such as auto accidents, slips and falls, and wrongful death. Fluent in English and Spanish, Jennifer ensures accessible and effective legal representation for diverse clients throughout Nevada.

Licensed to practice in the Nevada District Courts and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, Jennifer is also a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Nevada Justice Association. She believes every client deserves attentive, strategic representation and works tirelessly to deliver it.
