Jennifer Rebecca Porter

Jennifer Rebecca Porter is the founder of Jennifer Porter Law, PLLC, in Springfield, Virginia. She represents people seeking recovery after serious injuries and helps families plan for the future. Her personal injury practice is informed by earlier work as house counsel for Progressive Insurance, where she defended claims for an insurer. That experience gives her direct knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate, negotiate, and litigate injury cases.

Porter earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and completed her third year as a visiting student at American University Washington College of Law. She also attended Tusculum University. Her legal education, combined with the perspective gained from working inside the insurance defense system, supports her ability to assess injury claims, prepare cases, and explain litigation and settlement issues to clients.

Porter began her legal career in 1998 and later moved from insurance defense work to representing injured people. She founded Jennifer Porter Law in 2021.
