Jennifer M. Alonso is an immigration and nationality lawyer with more than twenty years of legal experience. She brings focused advocacy and steady guidance to immigration matters.
Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Colorado and her law degree cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law. She also completed her final year at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she earned Dean’s List recognition for strong academic performance.
Jennifer has practiced law since 2002, beginning her career in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and surety law. After being mentored by an immigration attorney with over thirty years of experience, she shifted her professional focus and developed a strong foundation in immigration and nationality law.
In 2007, Jennifer opened her own law firm and dedicated her practice exclusively to immigration and nationality matters. She has handled many complex cases, including pro bono matters, helping deserving individuals navigate difficult immigration procedures and legal challenges with care, persistence, and attention to detail.
