Jennifer L. Conrad

Jennifer L. Conrad is an accomplished attorney in business litigation and bankruptcy. She regularly appears in Massachusetts state and federal courts, including the Land and Bankruptcy Courts. Her wide-ranging litigation experience includes real estate disputes, creditor-side bankruptcies, title matters, secured transactions, and municipal tax foreclosures.

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 1999 and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in 1991 with a B.A. in Political Science. Jennifer was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and was awarded the Board of Regents Tuition Scholarship for academic excellence.

Jennifer has represented community banks, real estate developers, municipalities, and commercial landlords in complex legal matters. She also handles business formations, shareholder disputes, real estate transactions, and lender-borrower workout agreements. Her ability to deliver practical legal solutions makes her a trusted advisor to a wide client base.

Before joining Seder Law as Of Counsel, Jennifer practiced for thirteen years at a general practice firm in Milford and five years at the large Boston firm Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Barbara A. Lenk of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, where she gained valuable appellate experience.

Recognized by Super Lawyers since 2021 and named to Best Lawyers in America in 2024 for bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights, Jennifer is known for her litigation victories, including landmark summary judgments and arbitration wins. Notably, she prevailed in the Land Court to affirm a prescriptive easement and has successfully defended foreclosure actions and contract disputes.
