Jennifer Haynes

Jennifer Haynes is an associate attorney at The Graham Law Firm PLLC, who focuses on family law and criminal defense law. Jennifer earned her J.D. from the Bowen School of Law- University of Arkansas, where she gained hands-on legal experience. During her studies, she worked as a clerk with a criminal defense attorney and the Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office. She also served as a research assistant, observing criminal courts and supporting work with the Center for Criminal and Racial Justice. Her academic background also includes a B.S.W. from Arkansas State University and an A.A. from Black River Technical College.

Jennifer has built her legal career by working closely with the Department of Human Services on child welfare cases. This experience gave her deep insight into family legal matters and the challenges faced by parents and children. She also contributed to the Delta Divorce Clinic, where she helped individuals who could not afford legal services obtain a divorce. Her work reflects a strong commitment to access to justice and support for individuals in difficult situations.

Jennifer Haynes is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Missouri, and the federal district court for the eastern district of Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. She continues to represent clients in both family and criminal cases, using her knowledge and experience to provide clear guidance.
