Jennifer Drake

Jennifer Drake is an Associate at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC in Burlington, Vermont. Jennifer advises on trademark portfolio strategy, licensing agreements, data protection, and privacy matters. Jennifer was a DRM summer associate in 2020 and gained practical experience in the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic during law school. Through the clinic, she provided pro bono legal assistance to students on data privacy, vulnerability disclosures, and regulatory and legal compliance. Her current practice connects this technology background with advice on licensing, brand selection and clearance, trademark portfolios, and the protection of business information.

Jennifer Drake is admitted in Vermont and holds the IAPP CIPP/US Certified Information Privacy Professional credential. Jennifer co-authored an overview of Vermont’s Data Broker Act and has presented on privacy and data security culture.
