Jennifer Diveterano Gayle

Jennifer DiVeterano Gayle is a partner at Mannion Prior, LLP, where she focuses on complex litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and fiduciary matters. She represents individuals, families, and fiduciaries in disputes before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas and the Register of Wills. Her work includes will contests, trust and estate interpretation issues, surcharge and removal actions, and power-of-attorney litigation. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has built a strong reputation for precise legal analysis and effective courtroom advocacy in high-stakes fiduciary cases.

Jennifer “Jenn” DiVeterano Gayle earned a J.D. from the Charles Widger School of Law, Villanova University, where she served as Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Villanova Law Review. She completed her B.A. at Ursinus College, which provided a strong academic foundation that prepared her for a career in complex civil litigation.
