Jeffrey W. Ryan

Jeffrey W. Ryan is a founding partner at Chamblee Ryan and has served as the firm’s Vice President since its establishment. His legal practice focuses on litigation and trial work across state and federal courts, where he defends individuals, health care providers, businesses, and national transportation companies. He has successfully handled cases involving malpractice, commercial disputes, product liability, and general negligence.

Jeff earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1990 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryan College, completed in 1984. His legal education laid a strong foundation for his decades-long career in complex litigation and trial advocacy.

Over the past 25 years, Jeff has represented hundreds of North Texas physicians. Currently, he acts as legal counsel for a Texas-based hospital system, national trucking companies, insurers, and health care providers. His deep industry knowledge spans the transportation, health care, automotive, and hospitality sectors. Jeff has tried numerous cases involving wrongful death, serious injury, and business disputes, consistently delivering favorable outcomes.

Jeff’s legal accomplishments have earned him consistent recognition, including annual inclusion on the Texas Super Lawyers list since 2007. He is also a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), having joined in 2014. Additional accolades include listings in Best Lawyers in America, Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America, and D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas for Commercial Litigation.
