Jeffrey Kaufman

Jeffrey Kaufman is the founding attorney of Kaufman Injury Law and has focused his career on protecting the rights of injured people. His practice is devoted to personal injury law, including serious injury and medical malpractice claims. With more than four decades of legal experience, he has handled cases involving substantial damages and has secured millions of dollars for injured clients, including a $25 million medical malpractice verdict.

Kaufman earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1975 and a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1977. His legal education was followed by a long career representing injured clients in Georgia. That background supports a practice centered on evaluating serious injury claims, developing evidence, assessing damages, negotiating with opposing parties and insurers, and preparing cases for trial when a fair resolution cannot be reached.

Kaufman has made personal injury law the sole focus of his practice.
