Jeffrey K. Anderson

Jeffrey K. Anderson is the managing partner of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany, PLLC. He has over 40 years of experience representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice focuses on serious claims involving accidents, defective products, and unsafe conditions.

Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University. He also completed mediation and arbitration training at Harvard Law School and Fordham University School of Law, strengthening his dispute-resolution skills.

Jeffrey has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. His recent results include settlements totaling $17.45 million and $3.2 million in premises liability cases.
