Jeffrey E. Rossman

Jeffrey E. Rossman is a Massachusetts litigation attorney and partner with more than 40 years of courtroom experience. He focuses on complex litigation involving medical malpractice, legal and other professional malpractice, personal injury, real estate, domestic relations, contract disputes, and business disputes. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and also assists clients with real estate transactions, business matters, insurance issues, probate concerns, and related legal needs.

Mr. Rossman earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1974. He also received a B.A. from Tufts University in 1971. His education provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, negotiation, and practical problem-solving. This background supports his ability to prepare complex cases, evaluate evidence, and guide clients through litigation and transactional matters with careful judgment.

Mr. Rossman has served as lead counsel in significant disputes and has handled matters involving serious personal injury, medical negligence, altered records, contract conflicts, and business disagreements. His notable results include settlements involving a propane explosion, pedestrian injuries, and medical malpractice claims, along with verdicts in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Over his legal career, he has been responsible as lead attorney for settlements and verdicts exceeding $75 million.

Jeffrey E. Rossman is admitted in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. His personal injury work has also led to appointments by Massachusetts courts as guardian ad litem for minor plaintiffs in cases handled by other lawyers.
