Jeffrey B. Simon

Jeffrey B. Simon is an experienced trial attorney known for handling complex, high-impact litigation involving toxic exposure, pharmaceutical injuries, and catastrophic harm. Licensed to practice in Texas, California, and New York, he has spent decades advocating for accountability while managing matters that require strategic planning, courtroom skill, and sustained legal focus.

Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in 1990, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa with a major in History. He later completed his Juris Doctor at The University of Texas School of Law in 1993, where he developed the legal foundation necessary for complex trial advocacy.

Jeffrey was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1993 and later gained admission to the State Bar of New York in 2005 and the State Bar of California in 2008. His practice focuses on toxic torts, pharmaceutical litigation, asbestos and mesothelioma cases, products liability, commercial litigation, and wrongful death claims involving significant factual and legal challenges.

Jeffrey has received extensive peer recognition throughout his career.
