Jeffrey B. Bloom

Jeffrey B. Bloom has built a distinguished career as one of New York’s leading medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys. Soon after, he was admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts. Jeffrey has obtained remarkable case results, including a $120 million jury verdict in a medical malpractice stroke case, one of the largest of its kind in Westchester County. As Co-Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee and LAWPAC of New York, he played a central role in advancing “Lavern’s Law,” a reform that redefined the statute of limitations for cancer misdiagnosis cases in New York. He has also served as a lecturer for judges and lawyers across the state, covering topics such as women’s health issues, cancer misdiagnosis, and malpractice litigation.
