Jeff Horowitz

Jeff Horowitz is a Maryland attorney focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, administrative law, mechanic’s lien law, traffic law, and appellate matters. His work supports injured workers, accident victims, and clients facing agency proceedings, benefit disputes, and legal claims. Jeff has concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation law since 1982. He has argued many workers’ compensation cases before Maryland appellate courts and has lectured on workers’ compensation topics for legal education groups. He is licensed in Maryland, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
