Jay L. Edelstein

Jay L. Edelstein is a personal injury attorney and co-founder of Edelstein Law. Since 1979, he has represented injury survivors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice focuses on serious injury and negligence cases, providing clients with strong advocacy and clear guidance throughout the legal process.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College in 1976. He later received his Juris Doctor from Widener School of Law in 1979, beginning a legal career focused on litigation and representing individuals harmed by negligence.

Jay represents clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. His practice includes motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, sexual abuse and assault, nursing home neglect, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
