Jason Moss is a seasoned North Carolina real estate attorney at Moss Woods PLLC with a long-standing focus on residential real estate law. After beginning his legal career in civil litigation, he shifted his practice to residential real estate in 2005, where he has since devoted his work exclusively. During law school, he was selected for Law Review, Moot Court, and the National Trial Team, reflecting both strong academic performance and advanced legal advocacy skills. Following law school, he served a federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable William L. Osteen on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
