Jason M. Pelt brings years of courtroom and litigation experience to clients facing difficult legal issues in Virginia. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University in 2000, building an academic foundation that supported his entry into the legal field. That education helped prepare him for a career centered on advocacy, legal analysis, and client service. From the start, he developed a disciplined approach to problem-solving and case preparation.

Jason has practiced law in the Stafford County area since 2005. Before that, he served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Staff Judge Advocate. In that role, he was stationed at Marine Corps Base Quantico and Marine Barracks 8th & I, Washington, D.C.

Jason handles criminal matters as well as a range of civil litigation issues. His work includes landlord /tenant disputes, consumer law claims, personal injury cases, and other civil litigation matters. This broad practice allows him to assist clients dealing with both urgent courtroom concerns and longer-term legal challenges.
