Denton helps clients pursue recovery after serious accidents, workplace injuries, disability, and negligence-related harm.
Denton earned a B.A. from the University of Mississippi at Oxford in 1998 and a J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 2003. His education provided a foundation for courtroom advocacy, investigation, and practical problem solving. Before entering law practice, he also developed experience in health care fraud investigation, which supports his ability to evaluate evidence and understand complex medical and disability-related claims.
Denton’s experience includes litigation involving workers’ compensation, auto collisions, health care liability, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, defective products, tractor-trailer crashes, wrongful death, child injury cases, and premises liability. Before becoming a licensed attorney, he worked for six years as a Legal Specialist and Fraud Investigator for Medicare. In that role, he helped investigate health care providers and worked with federal and state agencies on fraud and abuse cases.
Jason Denton is recognized for practical litigation experience, investigation skills, and a client-focused approach to injury and disability matters. He has obtained workers’ compensation awards, jury verdicts, settlements, and Social Security Disability benefits for Tennessee clients. Denton is active in the Tennessee Association for Justice, has served in leadership roles in workers’ compensation, and supports the community through nonprofit legal counsel and board service.
