Jason A. Williams

Jason A. Williams is a Montana attorney whose practice spans commercial and business transactions, real estate, land use, estate planning, probate, taxation, and corporate law. He also handles family law, employment law, and civil litigation matters. His broad practice allows him to address legal issues that arise in both business and personal affairs, from property and planning questions to disputes that require litigation.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University in 2007. He received his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2013 and an MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University School of Business that same year. His business and finance education complements his work on transactions, corporate matters, real estate, and taxation.

Before entering legal practice, Jason managed a construction drafting company that completed projects across the United States. That experience gave him a practical view of business operations and project work. While pursuing his law degree and MBA, he served as president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and conducted research for the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act Committee.

Jason A. Williams was admitted to practice in Montana District Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana in 2013. He was admitted to practice in Idaho District Courts in 2014. He is a member of the Montana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Fluent in Spanish, Jason brings his legal training and business background to a wide range of client matters.
